Hi, Lee Ann! Thanks for stopping by to see us here at planDisney. It's always a pleasure to welcome a fellow Floridian in to chat!
Oh, bother! It sounds like the heffalumps and woozles have been at work on your vacation plans. Let's see if we can get things back on track so you're ready to enjoy your Disney days.
I think you're saying you deleted your confirmation email with your ticket information. If that's the case, we're all good, Lee Ann! Since you've made
Disney Park Pass reservations for the theme parks you're planning to visit, that would mean you already have a
My Disney Experience account. That's great news! If you have an account, all of your plans will show up there. To retrieve them, just hop over to the
Walt Disney World home page and click on the "Sign In or Create Account" link just above the menu bar. Then, click on the "My Disney Experience" logo below the sign in. On the next page, scroll down to "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets," and you'll find a plethora of information there. First, your Daily Itinerary will show you the Disney Park Pass reservations you made each day, along with the members of your party who share that reservation. In that same section, click on the "Tickets & Memory Maker" tab to view all of the tickets that are associated with your account. If you see your tickets there, you're good to go!
When you arrive at the theme park, remember that you'll need to head to Guest Relations to pick up your Admission Cards and
show proof of residency if you'll be using Florida Resident Tickets. Next thing you know, you'll be heading through the touchpoints and beginning your magical vacation!
I hope I was able to help you find your tickets, Lee Ann. If you still need help, don't hesitate to
call Guest Relations at the number listed under "Existing Tickets," or pop in with another question for your planDisney pals. We're always happy to lend a helping EAR!
Keep Disney Dreaming,
Kathy K.
