How can I set up a Mickey Mouse or character phone call for my granddaughter before our trip to Walt Disney World?

Greetings and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Kathleen, how excited you must be about visiting The Most Magical Place on Earth with your precious granddaughter!

It’s always fun hEARing from our pal Mickey Mouse and while these Enchanted Calls were once enjoyed by many, Mickey Mouse and all our Disney Characters are busy greeting at the Theme Parks. You can still, however, arrange for a magical call from your Disney Resort hotel Guest Room upon your arrival. Please press the “Front Desk” button on your telephone for assistance.

If you’re sailing with Disney Cruise Line, you can arrange for a complimentary Character Call for good sail-away wishes. Simply visit “My Reservations” under My Disney Cruise and select “Request Call” beside the Free Character Call header.

Did you know that you can arrange a neat video chat with our Disney Junior Friends? Through the Disney Junior Magic Phone App you can talk to our beloved friends - even Mickey Mouse, to celebrate your special moments, isn’t that neat?!

Kathleen, to make your Disney Vacation the best ever, check out A Grand Adventure online resource containing many tips and tools just for grandparents! You’ll read all about new experiences, suitable, hand-picked fun for your little ones, magical planning tools and lots of helpful resources.

We thank you for consulting us, Kathleen and we are always here for any other planning assistance you may need.

Best Disney Wishes and Magical Adventures!
