Charlotte from Greater Manchester Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Hi. If I set up Magic Mobile accounts before I visit can I still get a physical card once I arrive at the gate? I would prefer a card and to use my mobile account as a backup.

Hi, Charlotte, and welcome to planDisney, the most magical place on the internet to help you plan your Disney vacation. I am so glad you are planning to travel across the pond to visit Mickey and the rest of the Fab Five. Mickey has spent a lot of time creating technology to make things easier for Guests however, people like you and I prefer the classic methods independent of technology such as paper Guidemaps and hard tickets.

When you arrive at Walt Disney World Resort you may pick up a physical plastic theme park ticket from ticket counters located at any theme park and the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs. They will ask for identification and may want to see the ticket linked to your My Disney Experience app or a digital MagicMobile Card. I would create a digital MagicMobile Card and save it to my digital wallet as soon as you link your ticket. Know that either ticket, digital or analog, is your key to the kingdom.

planDisney Pro Tip: An important date to put on your calendar is 60 days before your arrival date. That is when you may begin making advance dining reservations for table service meals. There are locations in all theme parks and Disney Resorts Collection hotels to satisfy any palate. Please research these locations and be ready to make the reservations because some locations have high demand.

Charlotte, it has been a pleasure helping you. Please write me back directly with any follow-up questions.

    Enjoy making many Magical Memories.
