Greetings, Nancy! I hope you’re having a ball (of pixie dust) on your enchanted vacation to Walt Disney World Resort! Enchanted calls were once a magical way to ask a character to call and celebrate a birthday, an accomplishment or even an upcoming vacation. Sadly, this service was discontinued. I suspect Mickey was too busy
practicing his magic tricks for appearances in the Town Square Theatre to attend to the calls.
You can, however, ask Disney Junior friends to video chat via an app in the iTunes store called the
Disney Junior Magic Phone app. Grownups can call up Mickey, Jake and Sophia for some make-believe video chats to celebrate your occasions!
Or, if you’re celebrating a birthday, you can ask for Goofy to call your Resort Hotel room once you’ve checked in for a birthday greeting! Simply press the “Front Desk” button on your room phone, and the special Birthday character call can then be arranged by the Cast Members.
