    We were set to be in Disney next week. I had reserved a time to build a droid in Hollywood studio. Then I had a life changing event, brain surgery, and cancelled our trip through our travel agent but wanted to make sure the droid building was cancelled.

     Welcome to planDisney, Jim. I'm so glad you stopped by! I'm sorry to hear you had to cancel your Walt Disney World Resort vacation, but the good news is that the magic will be waiting for you when you're ready to reschedule your visit. 

     If your Travel Agent took care of canceling your Disney vacation, I would certainly hope that he or she took the time to make sure all your reservations were canceled, including your reservation at Droid Depot. Do you have your My Disney Experience log-in information? If you do, take a few minutes to log in to your account. When you click on "My Plans," you should see a clean slate with no reservations listed. If you don't have your log-in information, I encourage you to get those details from your Travel Agent so that you can be sure your Droid Depot reservation was canceled. Should you see that your Droid Depot reservation hasn't been canceled, it can be canceled quickly and easily by just clicking the "cancel" button that's listed next to the reservation on My Disney Experience. Just be sure to cancel that experience at least one day prior to your reservation to avoid the per builder cancellation fee.

     While you wait to reschedule your vacation, keep your eye on the Disney Parks Blog. It's your best resource for news and updates about Disney Parks and destinations! With experiences and services gradually returning and  Walt Disney World's 50th Anniversary just months away, there will be lots of exciting announcements being made at the Disney Parks Blog.
