    Hello George!

Welcome to planDisney and thank you for coming to us with your planning question. It sounds like you are planning a holiday at The Most Magical Place on Earth! My Disney Experience is a valuable resource for planning a visit to Walt Disney World Resort, and I'm happy to help you understand how your Family & Friends List works.

It sounds like you were able to correctly set up your Family & Friends List and invite your daughter to collaborate on planning your vacation in My Disney Experience. Before your daughter created a My Disney Experience account, she would have shown up in your Family & Friends List as having her plans managed by you. Once she created her own My Disney Experience account and accepted your invitation to connect, she became the manager of her own profile. This means that she can now update her stored payment methods and/or personal information, manage, upgrade, or reassign her theme park tickets, and manage MagicBands associated with her account.

George, as long as your daughter is at least 13 years of age, it's perfectly acceptable for her to utilize her own My Disney Experience account. Even though you will no longer manage her plans, you can still include her on things like dining reservations and attraction Lightning Lane entrances because you are linked via your Family & Friends Lists. You'll also be able to view one another's Resort hotel reservations, dining reservations, and theme park reservations depending on whether you each have permissions set to display "All My Plans" or "Only Plans We Share".

You can verify that your daughter's theme park tickets and theme park reservations are correctly linked to her account to ensure that you'll both be able to enter the park together seamlessly. In your daughter's My Disney Experience account, visit My Plans and scroll down to My Plans & Tickets. Under the Daily Itinerary tab (under My Plans, Reservations and Tickets), you should see all theme park reservations listed. If you toggle to the Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker tab, you should see all valid theme park tickets listed.

George, I hope that you find this information helpful, however, if you do have additional questions, please feel free to reach out to planDisney again or contact the Technical and Website Support phone line. I hope you and your daughter enjoy your magical Walt Disney World Resort holiday together!

    Warm wishes,
