Hey there C.F. welcome to planDisney!
I see you're trying to get everything in order for your trip in a few days and I'm going to do my best to help you with some tips and tricks I've learned which have helped my mom in recent years as we've visited the Walt Disney World Resort.
Parking at the Walt Disney World Resort is easy for all Guests. The Cast Member taking parking payments at the Auto Plaza in each Disney Park will direct you to the Disability Parking Lots. Just make sure you have your disability parking placard on display where it can be seen. Once parked, there are complimentary wheelchairs for Guests to use to get into the Disney Parks. If you don't immediately see one, just flag down the nearest Cast Member and they will gladly help you find one. Once inside, head to the
Electric Conveyance Vehicle(ECV) and wheelchair rental location. There you'll be able to rent your ECV for the day on a first come first serve basis. ECVs and wheelchairs can't leave their designated parks so hang on to your receipt because if you switch parks you can rent another ECV at your new location.
Now for a little extra ease in your vacation, I would recommend using an offsite ECV rental company like
Scooterbug. There are usually some great options that can even be broken down to fit in the car and are able to be used on
Disney Transportation. If you're staying in a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel, many of these companies will deliver your ECV right to your hotel. This way, the members of your party that need them can use them all over the property for the length of your stay. My mom and I were so happy to use one of these services recently and will definitely continue to use this method in the future for her convenience.
C.F. the Walt Disney World Resort has more than enough Pixie Dust to go around for Guests of all abilities. If you have any other questions, please call 407-560-2547 to talk to the amazing
Disability Services Team. And don't forget you can

Safe travels!
