I would like to set up a day at galaxy edge and also build a light Saber on the 3rd of July and for 2 passes?

    Hi Anna, welcome to planDisney!

It sounds like you are looking to become “One with the Force.” Your opportunity to book this experience opens soon, so let's go over what you need to do.

The first step I recommend is checking the Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar. Currently, I can see that reservations for Disney’s Hollywood Studios are available for July 3, 2023. That’s great news! Next, you’ll need to purchase your theme park tickets. Are you visiting for only one day? Have you considered the Park Hopper Option that would allow you to visit a second theme park after 2:00 p.m.? There’s also the Park Hopper Plus Option that would allow you to visit a water park or miniature golf courses as well. Theme Park ticket prices vary based on your date and the theme park selected.

Once you have your theme park ticket purchased and park pass reservation made for Disney’s Hollywood Studios, you can make your reservation for Savi’s Workshop. Reservations can be made up to 60 days in advance of your visit, so if you’re visiting on July 3, 2023, your booking date is coming up soon. Each reservation allows for one builder and one guest to enter the workshop, so if you have additional Guests in your travel party, you will need to make another reservation if others want to participate. You can book through your My Disney Experience mobile app by searching for “Savi’s Workshop” or on the Walt Disney World website

I hope you get to explore Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge when you visit, Anna. You’ve got to experience Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance and Millennium Falcon: Smuggler’s Run. After, you can stop for a refreshing blue or green milk at the Milk Stand. And while you explore, download the Play Disney Parks app on your mobile device to turn your phone into a “Datapad” to complete missions on Batuu.

I hope this was helpful, Anna. Good luck in your quest to build your own lightsaber. If you have any future questions, please come see me again at planDisney!

May the Force be with you,

    Kaitlin
