Want to set up for the DAS pass?

Hey there, Rene! Thanks for stopping by planDisney to inquire about Disability Access Service (DAS) which is a great program designed to support Guests who have difficulty waiting in line for long periods of time. DAS enables you to schedule return times for attractions, so you don’t have to wait in the traditional standby queues. Between 2-30 days prior to your visit, you can request a live chat through DAS Advance, and if approved for DAS, they can help you get registered. Just be sure the Guest requesting DAS is present for the live chat.

If you’re unable to complete the live chat prior to two days before your visit, Hakuna Matata. It means no worries! You can visit a Guest Services location when you arrive, and they can assist you.

Another great option for access to shorter lines is Disney Genie+. The shorter queues, called Lightning Lanes, are a wonderful way to reduce the time you spend waiting in line. Also, Genie+ can be used in conjunction with DAS.

Rene, I hope this information is helpful. You are in for a magical trip, I can feel it!
