We are set to cruise on the Fantasy on 11/30/19. I have 3 kids who will be 8,6, almost 3. The youngest is used to playing with the older two and wouldn’t want to go to the nursery. Are the ages strictly enforced or is there flexibility for the kids clubs?

    Hi there, Jazmyne!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  Your Disney Cruise Line vacation will be here before you know it and I am sure you are excitedly counting down until your FANTAStic adventure at sea gets here!  If you haven’t yet done so, go ahead and download the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app which not only has a fun countdown on it (complete with Disney emojis) but is also filled with lots of useful information about your upcoming voyage!  Then, once you are onboard you will use the app to access a full schedule of onboard activities, entertainment, menus and more!

The onboard Youth Clubs are one of my crew’s favorite things about “the Mickey Boat”!  My boys love visiting the Oceaneer Club and Lab and I certainly love getting a break and a chance to enjoy some of the adult-exclusive venues while knowing they are having the best time in a space reserved just for them!  Unfortunately, Disney Cruise Line strictly enforces the age policy for littles and Mouseketeers must be three years old AND fully potty-trained in order to visit the Oceaneer Club or Lab.  While I understand your little one’s hesitation about going to the “it’s a small world” nursery!, I do recommend visiting there on embarkation day to see what it’s all about!  You may both be pleasantly surprised and find that the nursery is a perfect spot for your little…especially since it will be a place just for THEM!  Do check the Navigator app for Open House hours at the Oceaneer Club and Lab (they typically have at least one set time per day in each space) where all ages can visit there and play together!  It’s even fun to visit the tween and teen clubs during their scheduled Open House hours, too!

As a first-time Guest, your Online Check-In and onboard activity booking window will be opening when you hit the 75-day countdown!  At that time, you can book onboard activities such as complimentary character breakfast tickets, Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique makeovers, port excursions and more!  Then, once all your activities are booked you just get to show up ready for a week of fun in the sun!

    Happy Sailing!
