You can
schedule a Character Call by logging in to your account on DisneyCruise.com. After signing in, hover your mouse over the "Already Booked" tab, and select the first option, "My Reservations." From there, scroll down (almost all the way to the bottom) and click "Request a Call" from the Complimentary Character Call section. You'll be prompted to choose the Character you will receive your exciting message from, and enter the information needed to schedule the call. I just walked through these steps myself and was also given a phone number with a code to use if I wanted to initiate the call. I took a picture of it, just in case the call doesn't come through when I scheduled it (as a backup plan).
Your Disney Cruise will be packed with fun for everyone in your sailing crew! From engaging kids' clubs, thrilling entertainment, delicious dining, awesome pools, movies onboard, and Character interactions, the excitement is nonstop. Most activities are included with your cruise fare, but you can take a look at additional Onboard Activities that will be available to book once your
