    Is there a set attire for Disney dining? Specifically Chef Mickeys fun time dinner

    Hi, Sheryl!

    Whatever you wear into the theme parks will be appropriate at Chef Mickey's. Most restaurants in Walt Disney World are "resort casual" so shorts, tshirts, and sandals are just fine. Please, no swim suits and of course shirt and shoes are required! 

    Dining at Chef Mickey's in Disney's Contemporary Resort is a real treat. It is just a quick 10 minute walk from the Magic Kingdom. When you arrive at the Contemporary, head to the 4th floor where Mickey and his pals will be waiting for you. After dinner, take some time to explore this amazing resort. Watch as the monorail zips right through the Grand Canyon Concourse, browse in the shops, or even head out to the 4th floor observation deck for a fabulous view of the Magic Kingdom. 

    Have some extra time after dinner? Hop on the resort monorail which will make stops at the Polynesian Village Resort and Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa. Go resort hopping to see how beautiful and unique each property is. Finally, the monorail will stop back at the Magic Kingdom where you will find the Disney Resort buses. If you time it right, you might even see the Magic Kingdom fireworks or the Electric Water Pageant on the Seven Seas Lagoon.
