    Is a service fee charged if you have a package sent to your resort hotel, such as the Polynesian, via UPS or Fed Ex prior to check in?

    Hi Dorothy!

    I called Disney's Polynesian Resort this evening to confirm that there is no service charge to receive packages while you are staying as a guest at the resort.  They would be happy receive parcels on your behalf without a fee.  Just be sure to include the name on your room reservation in your package's address.  For instance, it should look something like this:

    Disney's Polynesian Resort
    Attention: Dorothy (last name)
    1600 Seven Seas Dr.
    Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830

    You may also want to make note of your date of arrival somewhere on the package.
