Is there a service that assists with planning a multi family trip to Disneyland

    Hi there, Doug!

Thanks for sending another question to planDisney! Organizing a vacation with multiple families can be tricky, but all that coordination is worth it in the end. My family has the best time when we are visiting Disneyland with cousins, grandparents, and friends.

Vacation packages can be booked online, and if your group wants to stay in one space, a suite might be a great option. When I’m traveling with extended family, I love the 3 Bedroom Family Connecting Suite at the Disneyland Hotel. It gives everyone plenty of room while still being able to maximize our time together. My kids love waking up and running straight into their cousins' room!

If you would prefer more personalized help, you can call the "Vacations Package" line to speak with a friendly Cast Member. They can also provide guidance on Guests staying in your room who have Magic Key passes or separate tickets.

You can also try searching online for "Authorized Disney Vacation Planners." These travel agents specialize in booking Disney vacations, and many offer their services at no charge. We don't have a list of them, but I’ve had luck finding recommendations by asking in local parent groups on social media.

As you plan your trip, there are a few things to think about. First, the number of days that you want to visit the parks. I suggest at least 3 days, as that gives you time to enjoy both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park without feeling rushed. Next is timing, though it sounds like you already have that figured out! April is a wonderful time to visit, with pleasant weather and the Disney California Food & Wine Festival typically happening then. Finally, consider where you want to stay. Disneyland Resort has three fantastic hotels, and there are many nearby Good Neighbor Hotels, as well. I personally love staying on property to keep the magic going and to enjoy those fun pools!

Doug, I hope you have the most wonderful visit to Disneyland Resort! Please reach out to planDisney again if you have additional questions!
