"service animals" are allowed in the parks, but i have seen no real answer about "emotional support" animals. We have a certificate, vest, and letter from a doctor that allows us to travel on airlines with the dog. will she be allowed

    Hello, Lisa,

I would think it probably best if you spoke directly to Disability Services at Walt Disney World at (407) 560-2547 as an expert in this area will be able to help you. Meanwhile, I do want to link you to the page of information regarding visiting Walt Disney World with a Service Animal as it has a lot of helpful information about visiting the parks with one.

Thank you for the question; please let us know if we can help again.
