Is there a service at Animal Kingdom lodge where they will look after our bags before our room is ready/check in? Thanks

    Hi, Hetna!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thanks for asking this great question. I hope you’re getting excited for all the magical moments that await you at the Walt Disney World Resort!

I’m glad to hear you’re staying at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge. If this will be your first visit, you’re in for a treat! It is one of the best themed Disney Resort hotels, with amazing attention to detail in the architecture and decor. You’ll feel like you’ve just stepped into an African savanna lodge!

Yes, as a Guest of Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge, you are welcome to check in on your arrival day and request that Bell Services store your luggage until your room is ready. Then you can feel free to explore the theme parks or enjoy a meal while your belongings are secure. Once your room is ready and you’re prepared to receive your bags, simply call the Bell Services desk and a Cast Member will be happy to bring them to you.

I hope this helps, Hetna, and that your visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth is all you’ve been dreaming! Please don’t hesitate to send more questions as your planning continues.

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
