    I served 4 years and I am a Viet Nam Veteran. Are there discount for veterans who served but are not retirees?

    First of all, thank you for your service to our country. As the wife of a chaplain in the Air National Guard, I can appreciate that Disney has run specials for veterans through the years, and our family has enjoyed discounted park tickets now for several years. 

    Currently, the Military Salute Tickets and discounted hotel offer are only available to "Eligible Service Members." These are active or retired members of the U.S. military, including the National Guard, Reservists and the U.S. Coast Guard who will have a military i.d. to verify their current status for hotel check-in or activate tickets at the gate.
