I am seriously considering camping at FW. How large are the tent sites? I am not a camper by nature but in order to get back to WDW I may need to do some cost cutting measures. How are the comfort stations? Do the showers get crowded early? Thank you

    Hi Paula!

The campsites are a great way to save money on a Walt Disney World vacation.  They are large and most sties are fairly secluded from one another by vegetation.  Each site is approximately 25 feet wide and comes with a picnic table and grill.

There are 15 comfort stations located through out the campground.  The comfort stations are all air conditioned and include private showers, restrooms, laundry rooms, phones, and ice machines.  They are open 24 hours a day, except for the laundry.  I have always found the comfort stations to be extremely clean, but they can be crowded at select times in the morning, especially during the busiest times of the year at Walt Disney World.  However, if you are an early riser and plan on getting to the parks about 30 minutes before park opening (something I recommend all guests do) then you usually won't have any problems except when Walt Disney World is extremely crowded.

Enjoy planning and write back if you have any more questions!
