    I have a September 2012 WDW package booked and have a 2 day MYWBP w/ Free Dining. I am not sure right now what I can afford so I want to keep it simple and affordable. What I want to know is can I upgrade to an annual pass and still keep free dining??

    Thanks so much for visiting me ask asking such a great question!

    As you may already know, usually, additional days, park hopper and water parks fun and more options can be added onto your Magic Your Way Ticket right at the Concierge or Front Desk or your resort. This, however, is a rather interesting little tidbit of an idea that you bring up here. Since the Disney Dining Plan or a Free Dining Special Offer, can only be added on to a Magic Your Way Package that includes both a Disney Resort Stay and Park Ticket, I wanted to be absolutely sure of whether this could or could not be done.

    I've just spoken with Eliza at Walt Disney World Guest Services who consulted with her colleagues and supervisor for me, on your behalf. They all agreed that indeed you CAN upgrade your 2-day Magic Your Way Ticket to an Annual Pass, after your arrival and check-in for your resort stay at Walt Disney World. The difference is, you won't be able to do this particular 'upgrade' at your resort hotel. You'll need to visit Guest Relations at Downtown Disney or in any of the Four Parks to have this particular upgrade processed.

    It's definitely a great way to both take advantage of a great promotion in the Free Dining Offer and get yourself credited to upgrade to the Annual Pass for your future visits within the next year!
