    Sept 3 to sept 7 will I be able to do a meet and greet with Sophia the first since playhouse Disney Show is closed?

    Hi Tiffany!

    As the mom to two little ones myself, my house is full of Disney Junior fans. Even though Disney Junior - Live on Stage! will no longer be open for your trip, there are still opportunities to meet Sofia the First during your vacation!

    Generally, Guests can meet Disney Junior Pals in Animation Courtyard at Disney's Hollywood Studios. This is an opportunity to meet Sofia, Jake and Doc McStuffins in a traditional Character Experience setting. Unfortunately, there are currently no performance times for this Character Experience for your vacation dates. Since Character Experiences are always subject to change, this could mean that this experience will not be available during those dates or that the performance times are not yet available online. In my experience, additional performance times are often added to Character Experiences as my vacation dates approach.

    Your other option for meeting Sofia the First is to enjoy the Disney Junior Plan 'n Dine at Hollywood & Vine. This is a Character Dining experience where you will be able to meet Disney Junior stars while you are enjoying a tasty breakfast. While the Character appearances are subject to change, Sofia generally meets Guests during breakfast. If Sofia is on your "must-do" list, this Character breakfast is probably your best chance to get to see her during your upcoming vacation dates.

    I recommend that you keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog as you countdown the final sleeps until your trip to stay up to date with the latest announcements of magical things headed to the theme parks for your vacation!
