    We are going in sept 2013 and are looking at going to BB for the first time. Can you rent the polar patios for half a day, my dad is a wheelchair user and half a day may be plenty for him but it will give us all somewhere to go and chill if we need it

    That's so great to hear that you're planning a trip to Walt Disney World in 2013!

    My family LOVES Blizzard Beach. We were just there in June we chose to reserve ourselves a Polar Patio for our day. It was such a treat and a great way for us to have a 'meeting' place for the family, the security of a locker always close by, plenty of shade and cool beverages, all in one!

    Your dad may also enjoy the added convenience of having an attendant check in on him from time to time to see if he needs any beverages, meals or snacks brought to him. They're a really fabulous 'plus' to enjoy at the Disney Water Parks.

    Polar Patios are available to reserve for a Full Day only. There are also reservations available in a 'private' area for an umbrella with lounge chairs, cocktail table and beach chairs for a lesser fee. This reservation does not include a locker or attendant but is also a great 'plus' to add on to your water park day. You may wish to consider this option if you're only looking for a family meeting place for a half day in the Disney Water Parks.

    To make your reservation within 180 days of the date of your vacation, call 407-WDW-PLAY. Payment in full is taken at the time of the reservation and cancellation must be made 24 hours or more prior to the reservation date.
