Will there be a separate virtual queue for Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party for Tron? And also a virtual queue for Rise of the Resistance at Jollywood Nights?

Hey there! Hi there, Kari! I am so glad you stopped by planDisney on your way to celebrate the most wonderful time of the year at the Most Magical Place on Earth. We are always happy to see you here!

I am headed to Florida next week for a night at Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party and Disney Jollywood Nights. I can think of no more magical way to start the season!

During these special events, ride lines become standby. There are no Lightning Lane passes or Virtual Queues. I got to party with the grim, grinning ghosts at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party last month. We knew we were staying for the second Mickey’s Boo-to-You Halloween Parade, so we headed to TRON Lightcycle / Run during the early parade. We waited all of 20 minutes. We also rolled down the bayou and enjoyed Tiana’s Bayou Adventure with a very short wait.

You can see all the attractions open during Mickey’s Christmas party. I love the Jingle Cruise! The backside of water with a seasonal twist? I am sailing with these Skippers every time! I am also excited about the Christmas overlay at Space Mountain, which makes hurling through the darkness even more magical during the party.

Jollywood Nights will have a standby line for Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance. There should be shorter lines, just like I experienced at the Halloween party. This party has so much character! Literally. Chip 'n' Dale Rescue Rangers, Phineas and Ferb, and so many more of our friends come to celebrate. You will see even more of them with the Disney Holidays in Hollywood show at Theater of the Stars. It will truly be a holly, jolly Christmas!

Have you seen the Disney Eats: Foodie Guide to Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party 2024? Who needs sugarplums when you can have these sweets dancing in your head?

Kari, I hope you have a magical holiday season! If you have any other questions as you prepare for the merry-ment, you know you have a friend in planDisney!

    Happy Holly-Days!
