Can we separate a party if 4 for our table credits? My husband and I would like to dine separately from my daughter and her boyfriend? Also, they are 17 can we make separate dinner reservations or ask for separate tables? Thank you

    Hi Beth!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.

I'm so happy to hear you're planning to enjoy the convenience and ease of the Disney Dining Plan on your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation. My family loves the Dining Plan - and with picky eaters in my family, it makes me happy to be able to choose from over 100+ participating restaurants. I can always find something to please everyone in the family!

When you participate in the Disney Dining Plan, you'll be allotted a certain number of Quick Service, Table Service, and Snack entitlements, per person, for each night of your resort stay (depending on which dining plan you choose). You're more than welcome to use those entitlements at your discretion. As long as your daughter and her boyfriend have their own MagicBands to present at the end of the meal, they can dine on their own, and you can enjoy a meal for two with your husband! Make sure that their MagicBands are set up with charging privileges and they know the four-digit password, so that they'll be able to add gratuity for the server when they pay the check. You can make Advance Dining Reservations for them using your My Disney Experience account. Your name will be on the reservation, so make sure your daughter gives your last name when they arrive for their dining experience.

I hope this helps with your planning. Have a magical day! - Diane W.
