Is there a separate number to call for dining for large groups? I am booking dining for a party of 23! Thanks

    Hi, Denise!

Wow!  A dining party of 23 guests!  Hey, if you need one more, let me know...this sounds like fun!

To book a table for a group this size, call the Disney Dining phone number:  (407)WDW-DINE.  Tell them you have a large group and that you would like to speak to Group Sales.  You will need a credit card to guarantee your reservation, an automatic gratuity will be added to your bill, and do not forget the 24 hour cancellation policy.  Call as close as you can to your 180 booking window to increase your chances of getting your time/location of choice.

Have a great time with your large travel party!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
