Hi Margaret welcome to planDisney. Thanks for visiting us with your questions about what is allowed in the parks, and splitting up those park tickets. Both are important topics for your visit and I will be happy to help iron out those details.
When the planning gets started to visit "The Most Magical Place on Earth" your tickets are usually one of the first things to get purchased. You end up visiting the
Disney Park Pass Reservations website and securing your spots. Now separating those tickets out is as easy as it's ever been. Make sure everyone has downloaded the
My Disney Experience App and created an account. Once that is done you can go into your app and start to link the people in your party if you go to the "My Profile" section. Once they are all linked you can then visit the "Tickets and Passes" section of your app and you can assign the tickets to those in your "Family & Friends List." When it comes to snacks and drinks that are allowed the only prohibited types of drinks are alcoholic beverages. You can check the
Walt Disney World Resort Property Rules for anything that may be prohibited.
Your visit is around the corner so making sure you take care of this before you arrive is something you would like to do. If you have not become familiar with the app it is my favorite tool to make sure we aren't walking in circles. This app will tell you live wait times for attractions, you can use this app to order food and not have to wait in line to order.
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering is a super convenient way to avoid waiting in line and then for your order to be ready. The app will tell you when it's time to pick up your order and even which number window. Get to know it before you go it will pay off later during your park visit.
Your trip is a couple of days away and I hope you are excited. This is a wonderful time to visit and I hope you have a magical time. If you have any other concerns or questions visit us again at
planDisney.com and we will be ready to help.
See ya real soon,
Jeremy A.
