Walt Disney World Resort is just days away, so let's get to your question!
When traveling to a Disney destination with others, it is helpful to be linked as
Family & Friends on your My Disney Experience accounts. The simplest way to do this is to send them a linking code. You can also try entering their name and age to send an invite, but this only works if they have allowed their profile to be searchable. The other guest must have their own My Disney Experience account and accept your invitation.
Once you are connected as Family & Friends, you can manage plans for each other. This includes making
dining reservations, booking
Lightning Lanes, and sharing
PhotoPass photos. If you have any difficulty, you can call
Walt Disney World Technical Support, and a Cast Member will assist you.
You can decide what your Family & Friends can see and manage. Go to your list and click on the Edit Settings button beside their name. There, you'll have the option to choose whether they can see and modify all plans or only the ones they share with you. You can also opt to allow them to view your PhotoPass photos and even manage plans for guests that you manage, like children.
