I sent an invite to the wrong email and it won’t let me cancel it. Can I cancel it?

Hakuna Matata, Jason!!  It happens and we can easily fix this.  Here are the steps you need to take to remove the email invitation:

    • Select "My Family & Friends" from My Disney Experience.
    • Click the "Sent" tab under "Pending Invites."
    • Click "Cancel" and then "No, cancel the invite and remove them from my list."
If the recipient has already accepted your email invitation, you can remove them from your Family and Friends list by clicking the "Settings" button next to their name followed by the "Remove" button.

If you should need additional assistance, please contact My Disney Experience, MagicBand, and MagicBand+ to speak to a Cast Member directly.

I hope you find this information helpful. Thanks for stopping by planDisney and please let us know if there is anything further we can assist you with as you continue to plan your magical Walt Disney World vacation!
