    Hello, I sent an email to Disneyland about a week ago and never got a response. I’m trying to add someone to my reservation

    Hi there, Alyssa! Welcome to planDisney!

    I see that you're planning a trip to the Disneyland Resort this fall. You'll be there just in time for some holiday-themed treats and decor, adding a little extra pixie dust to your already magical stay! There have been some really big announcements lately.. announcements that put the "happy" in "Happiest Place on Earth!" Unless you live deep under the sea like Ariel, you've probably heard that Character Greetings have returned to the Disneyland Resort! I've spent a little too much time on my phone lately, seeing Guests of all ages light up with joy when given the chance to hug and high-five Mickey and all his pals. I guess what I'm really saying is.. out of all the gadgets and gizmos you may pack for your vacation, don't forget your autograph book!

    Alyssa, sometimes communicating with Cast Members via email can take quite a bit of time. Also, you never know when something may get lost in cyberspace! The human world is surely not a perfect one. I'd suggest making a phone call directly to the Hotel Reservations Line to add another Guest to your Disneyland Resort Hotel Reservation. Though you may be placed on a brief hold, you'll be met with the utmost kindness by the Cast Member on the other end of the phone and they should be able to resolve this issue quite quickly!
