Hi Kelly!
November weather in Orlando, Florida is still pretty warm, generally averaging in the low to mid 80's for highs. Our family usually go in December, and with the exception of one short cold spell 2 years ago, the weather was averaging in the 80's even then! The mornings can feel a little cooler (low to mid 60's), so if you were to go to Typhoon Lagoon, I'd definitely go around lunch time or mid afternoon, closer to the day's high. The water parks still get good traffic even in the fall months.
Have a splash of a time if you decide to go!
