    We are 4 senior ladies celebrating a 70th birthday while at Disney, staying @ Boardwalk Inn. Can I order a birthday cake @ Boardwalk Bakery and pick it up on arrival day? Not sure if they do that or not, not sure how to contact them or price. Thank you

    Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your delicious question about cakes at Walt Disney World Resort. I must admit, this question made me quite hungry! I love the custom cakes available at Walt Disney World Resort. We just had one as recently as May when we visited for my birthday.

    I am so happy to hear that you are taking a “ladies trip” to celebrate a most magical 70th birthday at Walt Disney World Resort. Celebrating my birthday at Walt Disney World Resort always makes me feel like a kid again, but don’t forget that there is some great “adults-only” entertainment available at Disney’s BoardWalk. Atlantic Dance Hall will have you ladies moving and grooving all night long. Shake it, shake it!

    You can order a custom birthday cake by calling the Walt Disney World cake-ordering hotline at 407-827-2253. Standard Mickey Mouse celebration cakes begin at $35.00 and serve up to 6 Guests. You can view photos of these cakes by visiting the Walt Disney World Resort cakes page. Custom cakes begin at $75.00 and will need to be ordered at least 48 hours in advance.

    BoardWalk Bakery is the only place on property that offers the option to pick up a cake. Standard 6-inch cakes can be picked up with no advance notice, but please keep in mind that custom cakes will need to be ordered at least 48 hours in advance by calling the cake-ordering hotline.
