Greetings, Reanna, and welcome to planDisney! First of all, I'm sending a warm congratulations to the Class of 2026. The students are fortunate to have a Senior Advisor like you who is looking to plan a celebratory visit to the Happiest Place on Earth. I'm happy to share some information about Grad Nite!
At the time of writing this, the
2026 dates for Grad Night at the Disneyland Resort include May 8, 12, 13, 15, 17, 20, 21, 28, 29, and 31, as well as June 3, 5, 7, 10, and 12, although availability is limited and some dates may have already sold out. The
event registration form specifies that there's a minimum purchase of twenty student tickets with two accompanying chaperones (aged 25 or older) required to attend. The students must be graduating high school seniors in good standing with the school. You are welcome to fill out the form and make a request, but you'd likely need to have a larger group to qualify. I'm sorry if this news comes as a Bibbidi Bobbidi Bummer, Reanna.
If you can gather a group of at least 10 students, you can look into organizing a different (but very special) experience through
Disney Imagination Campus. There are some great educational workshops offered, or you can work with them to get student group tickets. Start by
filling out an online form – once you do, a Disney Representative will contact you. And as a reminder, this would be for a group of 10 or more students.
Another option, if you're unable to get a larger group, is to purchase standard theme park tickets. You can visit the
Disneyland website or follow the
Disneyland account on Instagram to get the latest announcements on special offers. This visit could still be very special for your small graduating class. I'm envisioning group photos with the
Disney PhotoPass service, a nice sit-down meal all together, lots of laughs on various attractions, fun Character interactions, and more. We know that the
70th Anniversary Celebration will continue through summer 2026, so you can expect a festive atmosphere with vibrant colors, special entertainment, distinct merchandise collections, and more.
Depending on the time of your visit, you might come across complimentary graduation buttons in the park that each student can get. I picked one up for my daughter from one of the retail locations earlier this year when she graduated from kindergarten. There are also usually graduation-themed ear headbands available for purchase in the spring, too.
Reanna, I am sprinkling pixie dust and making a wish that you will be able to plan the perfect Disney vacation for your students. If you have any other questions, please reach out. We're always happy to help here at planDisney!
Your pal,
Kriss
