    Hello! When sending a package home, do I need to have a pre-paid label or can postage be added at the front desk of our hotel. Thank you!

    Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel and sending us your great question about Walt Disney World Resort mail services.

    You can ship pre-packed, pre-labeled packages at the Front Desk or Concierge desk of your Walt Disney World Resort hotel. The Front Desk/Concierge will then deliver your package to one of the Business Centers for shipping.

    If you need labels, boxes or any other type of packing/shipping materials, you can pick these up at any of the Walt Disney World Resort hotels that have an onsite Business Center. Please visit the ‘Ricoh Business Centers’ page to see a list of Walt Disney World Resort hotels that have onsite Business Centers. You can also ship your package directly from one of the Business Centers if you wish to do so.
