    I am sending my daughter and family to Disney and I am thinking about buying them annual passes. I have recently moved in with them and have changed my address on the DVC website. Can they purchase the passes and what do they need for proof for their vac

    Hi Erin,

    Thank you so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.  I think that the current Membership Magic savings on select Annual Passes to Walt Disney World for Disney Vacation Club members are a great deal!

    I spoke with a cast member at Disney Vacation Club Member Services today, who let me know that what you want to do is possible.  Because you are a Disney Vacation Club member and you are residing in the same household as your daughter and her family, you can purchase your daughter and her family Annual Passes using the Disney Vacation Club discount.  There are a couple of things that you will need to do in order to make this happen.  It sounds to me like you do not plan to accompany your daughter and her family to Walt Disney World.  If this is the case, you need to send them to Walt Disney World with a copy of your photo ID and your Disney Vacation Club membership card.  They will also need photo ID to pick up their Annual Passes, and the address on their photo ID and yours must match.  Please also be aware that you can purchase a maximum of six Annual Passes per member per membership using the Disney Vacation Club discount.

    Because this is a bit complicated, it is probably best that you purchase these Annual Passes by phone.  To do so, call Disney Vacation Club member services at 1-800-800-9800.
