Welcome to planDisney, Lauren!
Thank you for stopping by with your very first question. We are thrilled to hear that you will be making magical memories at the Walt Disney World Resort next week!
Linking a ticket to another Guest in your travel party is very easy! If you are already connected to this family member via
My Family & Friends, sign in to your Disney account and visit
Link Tickets. Enter the Will Call Confirmation Number or Ticket ID and link it to your family member. You can also link tickets using the
My Disney Experience app. Open the app on your mobile device, tap the three horizontal lines at the bottom of the screen, select
Ticket and Passes, and tap
Link Tickets & Passes.
If you are not connected to this Guest, and they have their own Disney account, you will first have to link accounts. Visit
My Family & Friends, scroll down to
Add a Guest, and select
I’ll enter their name and age to send them an invitation to connect. If you are going to manage their plans, select
I’ll enter their name and age and choose
I want to manage all plans for this Guest. After connecting your accounts or adding your family member to your Family & Friends List, you will be able to link theme park tickets.
If you have already linked this ticket to yourself or another Guest, you can reassign it to your family member. Visit
Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker, find the park ticket that belongs to them, click
Reassign Ticket, and select your family member from the drop-down list.
planDisney tip: Remember to make
Disney Park Pass reservations after all tickets have been linked. Theme park reservations are required for all Guests ages 3 and up visiting the theme parks, and they can easily be made
online. Be sure to check
Theme Park Reservation Availability to plan accordingly.
It was a pleasure answering your question, Lauren. I hope this information is helpful and that you have a magical visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!
See ya real soon!
