    Can I send a package to our resort before we leave?

    Greetings Susan and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    I am happy to see that you are carefully planning details for your next Walt Disney World Resort adventure!

    Did you know that many Guests prefer to send items to their Disney Resort hotel before arrival? With airline luggage policies always changing, it is nice to know that part of your family’s belongings can be conveniently waiting for you in advance, which makes traveling less stressful and lighter!

    When you send your package be sure to include the mailing address of your Disney Resort hotel and that the package features the word “Guest” on the front as well as the date of your arrival. I also like to include my reservation confirmation number. I suggest shipping your items about 10 days before arrival. Please note that a $5.00 fee per package applies to all items received through Front Desk or delivered to your Guest room.
