    Want to send a "note" to my daughter from "Ariel" while we are at DW in Oct. Have the postcard and note ready...should I mail to our resort directly, or give to a cast member at check in and request it be forwarded to our room? Thanks

    I would ask a Cast Member at Check In to help you as it might get lost in the mail.

    Mickey has left our son items in our room. I will sometimes linger behind and meet my family in the lobby of our resort while I help Mickey with his delivery!

    My son is delighted to find the surprises when he returns to the room later in the day.
