I’m glad you enjoyed yourself on your recent visit. So much of the magic of Walt Disney World is thanks to the wonderful Cast Members, and I’m glad you had not just one, but two interactions that deserve recognition. As a big fan of the
Jungle Cruise, I always like to leave a Cast Compliment for particularly good Skippers who manage to safely return us to civilization.
The best way to share a Cast Compliment is through the
My Disney Experience mobile app. After opening the app, tap the menu icon (the three lines) in the bottom right corner of your screen. Then scroll to the Help & Feedback section where you’ll see the Cast Compliments option. Click that and follow the prompts, providing the info of the Cast Members you’d like to recognize, and they will receive a thank you note with your compliment.
