While I've never used this particular Help Center Form, I must say that when I lost a Princess Tiana bag during one of my last trips to my happy place, I filled out the Resort's
Lost and Found form electronically. By the time I walked to
Guest Services at Magic Kingdom Park, my message was received and someone had found my precious item.
Caty, feel free to call Walt Disney World Resort as well. On the
"Call Walt Disney World Resort" webpage, there are phone numbers for many entities, such as Disney Resort Hotel Reservations and Dining Reservations.
And if you want an even quicker response, I recommend chatting with a Cast Member online or in the
My Disney Experience app. Open the app, click on the three horizontal lines in the bottom-right corner, and look for "Chat With Us." This is one of my go-to ways to get the answers I need.
AN EXTRA GEM: If you like the interaction you have with the Cast Member (either via email, phone, chat, or in person while you're on property), I definitely recommend leaving them a Cast Compliment. You can do this by going to your My Disney Experience app, clicking on the three lines I mentioned earlier, and selecting "Cast Compliment."
