Hi Sarah,
Welcome to planDisney! I am happy to see you stopping by with a great question!
As someone who still appreciates a printed copy of my plans, I hEAR you speaking my language. Unfortunately, we do not mail packets. There are, however, an array of digital guides and maps that could be printed at home and you could then organize them in a binder. For example, if you go to the website, click on Parks & Tickets, and then click on the link for Magic Kingdom, you will see a link to see a Guide Map. If you click on that link, you should see a map and an arrow underneath that map. When you click on that arrow, you should see a
printable PDF map of Magic Kingdom that could most definitely go in your binder!
Once you print each of the Guide Maps, I suggest that you print the
Entertainment Schedule for each theme park. Once you pull up the complete Entertainment Schedule, remember to filter by theme park to see what entertainment is available at each park. Since there are so many digital tools to take advantage of while you are there, I also recommend that you review and print the information on
Disney Genie service,
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering, and
Disney MagicMobile service.
Sarah, as you plan, I also suggest that you review the
Disney Resorts Collection hotel list. Take a look at the amenities and decide which ones might fit your needs. My family loves resort hotels with multiple transportation options. So, make note of those as you put that binder together!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
