    How and when should you send boxes to your Disney Resort room. Also, how can you send those boxes back home?

    Hello Tonya!

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with an excellent question.

    Many Guests prefer to ship items to their Disney Resort hotel ahead of their arrival, which definitely makes traveling easier and lighter. I usually ship items about 10 to 7 days before arrival and always make sure that all items include the mailing address of my Disney Resort hotel, my reservation number and the word “Guest” before my name, as well as my arrival date. Please note that a $5 per package applies to all items that are received through Front Desk or delivered to your room.

    You can also ship pre-packed and pre-labeled packages at Front Desk or Concierge. If your hotel has a Business Center (like Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa and Disney’s Contemporary Resort, for example) they can also ship packages for you. Again, please note that shipping and handling fees will apply.
