    When will the seminar schedule come out for this year's Food & Wine Festival at Epcot? There is only basic info online at this point. I would like to plan something special for my husband. We will be there in the beginning of November 2011. Thanks!

    I am a HUGE fan of www.disneyfoodblog.com, and it currently has many pages of information about the 2011 Food and Wine Festival posted.  It is currently on the homepage, but a quick search for "2011 Epcot International Food & Wine Festival" will help you find the articles.

    Also, The Festival Guide will be published on www.disneyworld.com/foodandwine on August 12th. Reservations open August 16th at 7:00am ET — book events by calling 407-WDW-FEST (939-3378) or book online at www.disneyworld.com/foodandwine.
