Does the self-service market in the Paradise Pier hotel accept Disneyland gift cards as payment?

Well hello there, Irene! Welcome to planDisney. We are so glad you've dropped by!

You've brought us a great question! I visited the self-service market in the Paradise Pier Hotel last year and from what I remember, the signs located above the check-out kiosks stated you could pay with debit cards, credit cards, or mobile payment. I think this would be one of the very few places at Disneyland Resort where Disney Gift Cards are not accepted for payment, but it never hurts to bring it along to try. There were some great snack and drink on-the-go options.

Paradise Pier is a great option to enjoy a stay at Disneyland Resort and I am even more excited for when it is reimagined into Pixar Place Hotel in the future. While construction is currently going on at his hotel, there are some great amenity alternatives currently being offered to make sure your stay is enjoyable. The pool is currently unavailable, but this means that you are welcome to enjoy the pool at Disneyland Resort during your stay. Also, there is a direct entrance for Paradise Pier Hotel Guests to enter Disney California Adventure Park which will have you entering the park near Corn Dog Castle and Seaside Souvenirs. This is just a few steps away from Paradise Gardens where Lunar New Year will have just kicked off before your visit.

Irene, I hope you have a fabulous visit to The Happiest Place on Earth. Be sure to stop by again with any other questions you may have for us!

All my friends know I'm the go-to for Disney advice, so I'm here to help you plan and experience the magic on your visit! Learn More About Carrie
