We selected a pet-free resort for health reasons and just learned that our resort is connected by a bridge to a pet friendly resort. I'm concerned that guests will walk their dogs over the bridge to our resort. What can you tell me about this? Thanks

    Hi Dev!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Currently there are four Disney Resort hotels that can accommodate Guests who wish to bring a maximum of 2 dogs per room, and these are only permitted on certain floors and specific sections of the hotels.  I understand your concerns, but I hope you will feel reassured that (other than service animals) these pets are not allowed in any of the four theme parks, water parks or any areas such as restaurants, pools and recreational spaces.   The Disney Resort hotels that have dog-friendly accommodations are Disney's Art of Animation Resort, Disney's Port Orleans Resort - RiversideDisney's Yacht Club Resort and The Cabins at Fort Wilderness Resort.  You can see some further information here, and I would encourage you to call (407) 934-7639 if you need to discuss any concerns you may have.

Please come back and visit us if you have any further questions.  We will be happy to help you plan your magical vacation to Walt Disney World.
