    Mayda from FL Asked

if I selected email for the delivery of tickets, how can I change it to mail to my home address?

    Heigh-Ho Mayda,

It's an exciting time to know your Walt Disney World vacation is only a couple of months away. As your arrival day approaches stay up to date with guidelines and procedures by reading the Know Before You Go page. The Disney Parks Blog will keep you in the know with exciting Disney News and Announcements and become comfortable navigating your My Disney Experience mobile app. Your app is your vacation hub and where you can navigate your trip at Walt Disney World before and during your stay. This is where you will, also, have access to the new Disney Genie, Disney Genie + and Lightning Lane options.

In order to have your Walt Disney World tickets mailed to you, prior to your arrival, I suggest calling (407) 934-7639 and speaking to a Cast Member. Another option is to email your request. In the drop-down menu select Existing Ticket Inquiries and in the body of the email include the Name of the Purchaser, the email for the Purchaser, the  Ticket Confirmation #, a Phone Number you can be reached as well as your mailing address and request. But just so you know, Guests can easily receive hard copy tickets, also called Keys To The World Cards, upon arrival to their Walt Disney World Resort or by visiting Guest Relations/Ticket Counter located outside of all four Walt Disney World Theme Parks. It takes but a request to a Cast Member, at any of these locations, and they will easily assign you your tickets.

If I can be of any further assistance feel free to ask and may your upcoming stay be filled with many magical and memorable moments.

    Have a Practically Perfect Day,

    Amy M.

Meet the Panelist: Amy, Virginia

I am a Dreamer who has always believed dreams are meant to be the path to your future. Walt Disney, I believe, felt the same way, "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them." Disney has always been proof that endless imagination and the passion to make them come to fruition is possible. I will never be to old for Disney, it is home to all of us Dreamers.
