    We selected a digital membership card, but my DVC number and membership are not showing.

    Welcome Home, James! It's so great to see you here at planDisney--it makes my day anytime a fellow Disney Vacation Club Member decides to be our guest. It sounds like you're having some technical difficulties, but never fear! Like Fix-It Felix, I'm here to help get you sorted. 

    A few years ago, DVC made a change from physical membership cards to digital. Like any upgrade, it took some getting used to, but I actually really like the convenience of the digital card. It's a snap to bring it up on your phone to verify your membership status so you can enjoy some of the great Member Benefits available. Let's walk through the steps to set up the card!

    James, your first step will be to make sure you have the most current update for the My Disney Experience app downloaded to your mobile device. Next, log into the app using the same MyDisney account that you use for your Disney Vacation Club Membership. From the home screen, select the three-line menu in the lower right corner, then scroll down to "Set Up MagicMobile Entry".

    Tap "Set Up Your Pass" from here to create your Disney MagicMobile Pass. You can even personalize your pass with one of the many fun designs available--mine is DOLE Whip-themed! Once you settle on the perfect style, click "Add To Wallet", and your pass should show up in your digital wallet. 

    One thing to note--when you bring up the pass, it won't show your membership number. You will see a notation for "Affiliation" that should say "DVC Y". This is what you'll show to Cast Members to verify your Membership status. If after going through those steps you still can't get the pass to show up for you, I recommend checking in with the helpful folks at Member Services for an assist. 

    Hopefully, this will get you up and running with your handy new MagicMobile Pass so you don't miss a single DVC perk on your next Disney adventure.
