    i selected a custom pre order magic band on my Disney experience, but a few days later i was notified that they were sold out. did i order to soon ? how do i pay for them before i arrive at my resort?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel Space Ranger! I’m so happy to hEAR that you are beginning to plan for your trip to Walt Disney World Resort. The very first thing I do as after I book my Disney Resort Hotel, is link my reservation to My Disney Experience, which it seems you’ve already done that! Next, we all pick out our MagicBands! 

    Unfortunately, it seems that the design you originally picked is just out of stock. You have a few options, you can wait and see if the designed MagicBand you want becomes available again by using your My Disney Experience account and selecting the “My MagicBands and Cards” tab or you can just order a new design! You may also choose a complimentary solid band instead of purchasing an upgraded design if you are a Disney Resort Hotel Guest! 

    Don’t worry, you still have plenty of time to notify and pay, if you choose an upgraded design, Star Command on which MagicBand you want. You must customize your MagicBand at least 11 days before you arrive at your Disney Resort Hotel for it to be shipped to your home. Otherwise, if you customize it between 10-6 days prior to your arrival you will be able to pick it up at your Disney Resort Hotel!
