Can you select the same ride for your initial 3 fast passes? For example, my husband and daughter like space mountain in MK. Can they get all 3 fast passes for that ride?

    Hi Kimberly,

With the new FastPass+ system, your first three FP+ selections must be for different rides, all at the same park. For your initial three selections (the ones you can make in advance), you can't repeat rides (no three times Space Mountain) and you can't Park Hop (no two at the Magic Kingdom and one at the Animal Kingdom). Additionally, there are certain restrictions about not combining certain attractions in your first three selections at Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios.

However, once you've used your first three selections, you may get at many additional FP+ as are available. There are no limits on these extra FP+ selections - you can repeat rides or move parks. The only catch here is that you must make your selections at an in-park kiosk rather than on your phone or tablet.

My strategy for your family would be to arrange for a FP+ during the first hour of park opening. Also head straight to that attraction first thing and do a walk-on ride. This way you should be able to get "two in a row." Then use your other FP+ selections for different rides and come back to get more FP+ for later in the day.

Good luck with your planning. Please let us know if you have additional questions.
