Hiya Cindy,
Welcome to planDisney! Can you believe that your Walt Disney World Resort Vacation is a little over two weeks away?! I’m so excited for you to experience all that Walt Disney World has to offer. Speaking of which, be sure to join Rocket and the Guardians in the noble task of saving the galaxy in
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind at EPCOT. Disney’s newest attraction is getting rave reviews, and you can experience it through either the virtual cue or purchasing an
Individual Lightning Lane with my good friend Genie.
With your vacation around the corner and the
Disney Theme Park Reservation Availability starting to fill up for your trip dates, I’m sure you are anxious to get your Disney Park Pass Reservations secured. As I answer your question, I see that June 18th-19th has availability for all four Theme Parks but the remainder of the week has only some park availability at this point. Just a reminder, to visit a Walt Disney World Resort Theme Park, you will need both a ticket and a valid park reservation for entry for each day of your vacation.
1. First things first, before making park reservations, please make sure that you link your Theme Park Tickets to your
My Disney Experience account. If your Theme Park tickets are not linked, you will be unable to make your Disney Park Pass Reservations. Once you confirm they are linked to reserve your Park Pass reservations, please follow these easy steps:
2. Make sure that everyone in your group is added to your
Family and Friends list. This will allow you to get park reservations for all of you simultaneously. If you try to make reservations separately, you run the risk of not being able to get everyone in for the same Theme Park.
3. Visit the
Disney Park Pass availability calendar to view current pass availability for the dates of your trip. If your date is colored “green,” then all four Theme Parks are available for that day. If it is marked in “yellow,” only certain parks have availability that day. For example, for June 20th, only Disney’s Animal Kingdom and EPCOT have availability current, although this is subject to change. If the date is “grey,” there is no park availability for any of the Theme Parks for that day. This sometimes happens as Disney Park Pass Reservations are limited but check back later. As Guests’ plans change, Park Pass Reservations become available and are up for grabs.
4. After verifying the Disney Park Pass availability, go to
Disney Park Pass Reservation homepage and select “Theme Park Tickets” under Make a Park Reservation. Follow the on-screen prompts and make your reservations.
I hope this is helpful, and you can get your Park Passes reserved. If there is anything else we can answer for you, please come back and see us at planDisney!
Happy Planning,
Ashley F.
