Howdy, Brenda! Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I am excited that it sounds like you are considering a stay at
Disney's Paradise Pier Hotel! I have stayed there myself so I would love to fill you in on a few details.
Disney's Paradise Pier Hotel not only features adorable beach-themed decor, a short stroll to the parks, and great dining on-site at
Disney's PCH Grill, but depending on your room type, you could have a nice view of Disney California Adventure Park. If you select a room with a "Premium View" you will overlook portions of Disney California Adventure Park. You will see most of the Paradise Pier area and some of Cars Land in the distance. At night, this will also afford you a partial view of
World of Color. Since you will be viewing a bit from the side and behind of the show, the water projections might seem a bit distorted. But the magnificent light and fire effects will still be awe-inspiring. Plus, if you tune to a certain channel on your television, you can listen to the soundtrack as you watch.
This hotel also has a rooftop (top of the fourth floor) pool area. On select nights, you can head to this area for a partial view of the fireworks. Similar to World of Color, the music and dialogue are piped in so you can listen while you watch.
I hope you get a chance to see these nighttime entertainment options all from the comfort of your hotel during your next trip! See ya real soon!
