I have seen similar questions about paying for excursions when booking and it always says you will pay once on board. Is there no way to pay right away when you book them so its all taken care of and off my mind ? Thanks

    Hey there, Tammy!

Great to chat with you again. You're booking your excursions and it sounds like you're ready to go on vacation... woohoo! It won't be long, and your magical cruise will be here.

The onboard charges and port adventure financial transactions will be cleared on the ship - usually towards the tail end of your voyage. You'll have a credit card on file, and all your onboard charges as well as port adventures for each day will be charged to your account.

Your guest folio will be sorted by Stateroom Guest and by Date... so you'll see clearly who's been charging on their Key to the World Card :-).

You will still need to make your port adventure reservations ahead of time to reserve your spot. So, make sure you've got those setup early so you don't miss out on some of the more popular excursions. If you change your mind and choose a different excursion, there is no penalty for changes as long as you make the change 3 or more days prior to sailing. From this angle, at least you won't have to worry about requesting refunds or credits, since you haven't been charged yet.

I hope this is helpful, Tammy!

Have a great day ~ Dolly
